On 15th February 2023, Professor Niro Siriwardena gave the CaHRU seminar: ‘Reaching the parts other surveys don’t reach’ – mixed methods surveys and their application’. Niro is Professor of Primary and Prehospital Health Care and Director of the Community and Health Research Unit, the research centre of the School of Health and Social Care.
Niro talked about mixed methods surveys and their application. The seminar covered relevant aspects of theory, design, analysis and integration of quantitative and qualitative data as applied to mixed methods surveys, with examples of studies conducted by members of CaHRU and others.
